Q: How long for a decision?
A: Once all the required information is submitted we can advise of a time.
Q: How do I apply?
A: All lenders require some basic financial data on your status. When submitted your Broker will immediately seek approval.Again your broker will quote.
Q: What else do I need?
A: Life Assurance ( called ‘Mortgage Protection’) and house insurance are required by your mortgage provider. Again your broker will quote.
Q: How much will it cost?
A: During your first meeting we will identify your unique requirements and establish key product selection criteria. This will include an indication of your likely mortgage repayments.
Q: What Interest Rate?
A: This is where mortgages can become confusing…but your broker will explain a number of options that meet your needs.
Q: What Term/how many years?
A: Mortgages are now available for terms up to 40 years depending on the applicants age at maturity of the loan.
Q: How much can I borrow?
A: The amount you can borrow will be determined by the income earned by the applicant(s). Your broker will give you an accurate indication during your first meeting.
